A Variety of Worship Styles

Zoar offers several distinct worship styles on Sunday morning.  Our 8:00am service is traditional.  The worship music is mostly hymns featuring a Senior Adult choir.  Our 9:30am service is blended with some traditonal hymns and contemporary songs.  This service features the worship choir, praise band and praise team.  The 11:00am auditorium class also includes worship elements, such as special music and congreational songs. Each service contains a Biblically based sermon with life application.   At Zoar you can find a worship style that suits you!

We'd Love for You to Join Us

Zoar is conveniently located at 11848 Hooper Road in Central.

What is disaster relief?

First let’s look at what a disaster is.  A disaster is defined as anything that causes human suffering or creates human needs that the victims cannot alleviate themselves.

Do you know someone that has ever been in that position.  Disasters don’t all come in large packages like hurricanes or tornadoes.  Often times a disaster can be the elderly neighbor next door that has a yard full of limbs that they are unable to clean up without help.

Whether it is a major disaster that effects hundreds of people or one that only affects your neighbor, the response is the same, “a cup of cold water in Jesus’ name”.  It’s through these efforts that we should applying ourselves to serve others.
